Frequent Diner & Birthday Club
Sign-up Information
You tell us your name, mailing address, email (opt), and your birth month and day. We assign you a Frequent Diner ID number, and mail you a diner card. Whenever you dine with us, simply tell your server you are a Frequent Diner Club member, and using your name or ID number we credit your account with points earned during your visit.
How it Works
It's Easy! For every dollar spent, Frequent Diners earn one (1) point. For every hundred (100) points, Frequent Diners are provided with a certificate good for $10 off a subsequent meal. (We will not sell your email or otherwise make it available)

Our frequent diner program says "Thank You" to our many regular customers. Frequent diners accumulate points with their meals and receive a $10 discount coupon for each 100 points ($100 spent).
Our regular diners receive: $10 gift card for every $100 spent, and a birthday note from the Red Onion Café
Operating Information
Open Daily at 11 a.m., and serving continuously into evening
Reservations accepted, recommended for parties of five (5) or more and during major events at Appalachian State University. (18% gratuity may be added for parties of five or more)
